What's The First Plan You Wrote in Your 2011 Organizer?

After more than a dozen coffee cups last year, I got my reward SB planner a week before new year. The first thing I wrote (hyperactively) was the BATAD trip.

Now that this month will end (oh, how time flies so fast, and I'm rubbing in this thought again), I was browsing this planner and realized that I've not written anything aside from this trip.

My current thoughts, I usually write it on twitter. My plans, I write it also on twitter. My twitter is my new organizer slash blackbook slash CNN slash TRIVIA FACTS generator slash LOVE QUOTES source slash CELEBRITY STALKER mode accomplice (*evil laughs*), and a lot more. Haha.

I'm on twitter - www.twitter.com/rizalenio - there goes my shameless plugging.

January Christmas

Many Pinoys start playing Christmas songs on September and removing and keeping Christmas decors on February. So true, I went to my niece’s birthday party in Cardona Rizal, and voila!...saw this impressive display of Christmas lights infront of their Municipal Hall (also facing their old church). According to them, this place was featured many times in TV shows last year.

The old church in Cardona.

The pretty birthday girl.

Also, many Pinoys include videoke everytime there are events in their lives (yes, including binyagan and minsan sa kasalan pa).
Oh, there's wine!!! Not a kiddie party anymore. My nephews and nieces are growing up (and I'm getting old. Hahaha). We just love singing (with emotions).

Cable Car (Singapore)

Ending the night with a cable car ride from Sentosa to Mount Faber (then back to Sentosa) was priceless. It was seeing the city lights of Singapore at its most excellent class. I must admit, I got nervous the first time I looked down, and feeling the cold wind (but I was sweating. Haha) up there added more anxiety (was holding at the cable car's handle tightly). My girlfriend was laughing at me.

I saw some chic couples having dinner (with wine bottles and glass, and some salad, pasta, etc.) while on the cable car, and another couple kissing (my eyes are clear like that. Haha).

Suddenly, light bulbs (and ting ting ting sounds), proposing (marriage that is) to your special someone on a cable car ride is not a bad idea. Best time is at night, when all the city lights are glowing and you will get that small velvety box inside your coat, and out the ring, and the question WYMM. Then, in a flash, all the city lights will blur, only the glowing (mildly blinding) stone on that ring will be the focus of everything…and the only word you will hear is...YES!

Yes? Yes, if you’re not afraid of high altitude. Hahahaha.

…but wait…I mustered enough courage to capture some photos (from up there)…expectedly, tilted shots (and I sounded proud? What’s wrong with me?). Hahaha.

My beautiful girlfriend.

Lovely Tagaytay Wedding

I attended a friend’s garden wedding in a 20-degree weather (self assessment) Tagaytay last weekend. It was one of the most beautiful weddings I’ve been. There were moments that I wanted to cry (with the groom). Hahaha. Everything was just so heartfelt. The lovely music set the mood perfectly (even the skies and the sunset were ideal. It rained the day before the wedding and the day after the wedding). The singers and the band performed impeccably.

Amerikana in a sea of barong.

The beautiful bride.

We left Hotel Kimberly and moved to another hotel at 10:15pm.

Couple or more tequila shots to combat the cold al fresco reception night. I was finding a hard time eating that night because even my spoon and fork were cold (and my hands).
